That the following described territory shall comprise the Seventh Ward of the said city of
Duluth, to wit: Commencing at a point where the center line of 21st Av W, intersects the dock
line on the westerly side of Rice's Point; thence running northerly along the center line of
21st Av W to the east and west center line of section 33, township 50, range 14 west; thence
west along the center line of said section 33 and of section 32, same township and range, to the
center of said section 32; thence north on the north and south center line of said section 32
and of section 29, to the center of section 29, township 50, range 14 west; thence west on the
east and west center line of sections 29 and 30, township 50, range 14 west, to the quarter
corner on the west line of said section 30; thence south on the west line of said section 30
and section 31, township 50, range 14 west to the southwest corner of said section 31; thence
east on the south line of said section 31 to the intersection of the center line of Central Av,
prolonged; thence south on the center line of said Central Av, prolonged, and of said Central
Av to the center of the channel of the St. Louis River; thence by a straight line easterly to
the nearest point on the established dock line; thence following the said established dock line
to the place of beginning.
