Ward 10 of Minneapolis was bounded as follows: Starting at the northern city limits (present day 53d Av N) and the Mississippi River, go south following the Mississippi River to 26th Av N, then west on 26th Av N to the western city limits (present day Xerxes Av N), then north on Xerxes Av N to northern city limits (present day 53d Av N).
