Ward 12 of Minneapolis was bounded as follows: Starting at the Mississippi River and E 24th St, west on E 24th St to Hiawatha, southeast on Hiawatha to E 28th St, west on E 28th St to Cedar Ave, south on Cedar Ave to the southern city limits (present day E 54th St), east along the southern city limits (present day E 54th St) to the Mississippi River.
