WANTS FLAGS ON SCHOOLS.

W. I. Nolan Would Make School Boards Provide Emblems.

W. I. Nolan today introduced in the house a bill providing that flags should be displayed on all public schools in the state and that all school boards should provide flagstaffs and flags.

Representative E. J. Westlake introduced a bill providing that mattresses offered for sale should be labelled with tags showing the materials from which they are made.

Representative Kerry Conley proposes to include all salvage corps members who are under the supervision of fire chiefs under the provisions of the firemen's relief associations.
