Austin by ward number only. Therefore, descriptions of the wards have been obtained from
R. L. Polk & Co's Austin City and Mower County Directory - 1909 and added to the descriptions of the
enumeration districts.

| 79 | 1 | Ward 1 is from the Red Cedar River west to the city limits and from Bridge north to the city limits. |
| 80 | 2 | Ward 2 is from the Red Cedar River west to the city limits and from Bridge south to the city limits. |
| 81 | 3 | Ward 3 is all of that part of the city east of the Red Cedar River. |
