Ward 3 of Minneapolis was bounded as follows: Starting at the western city limits (Xerxes Av N) and 26th Av N, go east along 26th Av N to the Mississippi River, then south along the Mississippi River to 3d Av N, then southwest along 3d Av N to N 7th St, then northwest along N 7th St to 6th Av N, then west along 6th Av N to the western city limits (Xerxes Av N), then north along the city limits (Xerxes Av N) to 26th Av N.
