Referencing the City Directory's description for Ward 8, the boundary of Ward 10 can be described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and University Avenue, go westbound on University Avenue to Fairview Avenue, then northwesterly on University Avenue to the western city limits, then north along the western city limits to the northern city limits, then eastbound along the northern city limits to Lexington Avenue, then southbound on Lexington Avenue to the point of beginning.
